Iced Latte

Iced Latte

United States — late 20th century

Espresso poured over ice and topped with cold milk. Simple, but the key is pulling the espresso directly over ice so it chills instantly, locking in flavor instead of letting it go stale as it cools. Use whole milk for body, oat milk for sweetness, or whatever you like.
